Sidharth Shukla passed away at the age of 40, from a massive heart attack. The soap actor and model was brought to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital, where he was declared dead. He was well known for his role in Balika Vadhu.

The late actor hails from Mumbai and he completed his undergraduate
degree in Interior Design from the Rachna Sansad School of Interior Design.
Shukla can be labelled as a jack of all
trades, as he left no stone unturned to prove his mettle in the entertainment
industry. He has many feathers in his cap, from modelling to acting, hosting TV
shows, and also winning reality shows.
Having
started his career as a model, he was the first Asian to have won the World’s
Best Model Title held in Turkey in 2005. He starred in several TV shows such as
Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na, Love You Zindagi, Dil Se Dil Tak, and more.
However, he claimed fame with his role in the hit TV show Balika Vadhu.
He
made his Bollywood debut in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, featuring alongside Alia
Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. Shukla later participated in reality shows and also
emerged as the winner in Fear
Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and Bigg Boss 13. His effortlessly cool attitude and
a huge fanbase led him to win the Bigg Boss 13 title.
The late
actor shared a great bond with his co-contestant in the reality show, Shehnaaz
Gill and their fans even named them SidNaaz, which has been a trending hashtag
on social media since the Big Boss days.
Shukla became the most-searched celebrity on Google in 2019,
following his Big Boss stint. He gained immense popularity after winning Bigg
Boss 13 and became a household name instantly. The actor's last screen performed
in Broken but Beautiful 3 and also appeared on reality
shows, Bigg Boss OTT and Dance Deewane 3 with Shehnaaz Gill.
The actor’s sudden demise has left the TV fraternity in shock and heartbroken. Since the news of his demise broke out, the internet is flooded with condolences and grief, outpoured by the netizens. Many celebrities and their colleagues took to social media to pay their tribute and mourned the loss of the late actor.
